Some Helpful Notes:
-
Your pool may turn green during the winter. This can be from unbalanced water prior to closing, debris left in the bottom of the pool or not having a cover over your pool. This is normal and can be fixed during opening season, but will require additional shock and cleaning treatments.
-
Your equipment will be inspected and notes/photos will be taken of issues we find during your closing. We highly suggest fixing certain items during the off season to save time during the Spring.
-
Additional services not requested on the closing form will not be completed while our techs are at your house. Any additional services will require a separate visit and additional service fee.
-
If the pool is closed and the weather is still above 75 degrees for a peorid of time, there is a good chance of your water will require additional chemicals during your opening. Algae can develop in the water during warmer weather.
-
This especially happens when the pools water is not balanced prior to us coming to close the pool. Please come to our retail store at 10806 Kingston Pike in Knoxville to have your water tested 5 days - 1 week prior to your scheduled closing.
